While we can not give prices over the phone to buyers outside of our legal Dealer agreement area, the fact is, our prices are so low that when you get here you will be glad you made the trip.  Most of our clients travel up to 3 hours to buy from us. We can only sell to buyers that we can deliver to. You must live in delaware, New Jersey, maryland, Pennsylvainia, Washington DC, or Virginia to purchase from us. If you have a dealer in your area we can not quote prices over the phone, per our signed legal dealer agreements. We do guarantee that the savings will be well worth your trip, time and effort. We are not factoring in the Tax Free advantage to our low prices. Thats an additional Bonus.

Service

KeyboardAmerica has one of the best service departments in the industry.  When your piano leaves here to be delivered it has been gone over thoroughly.  As far as the warranty goes, every manufacturer has service technicians all over the country for in-home service.  The warranty is the manufacturer's warranty, not the dealer you bought it from.  It would be no different than if you moved to another state.  You don't lose your warranty.  We would still handle any warranty claims for the full term.  You call us and we call the manufacturer to locate the authorized technician in your area.
