Brand Name & Model of the Piano, if available

• Size of the Piano (for verticals & digitals, please measure the height of the piano from the floor to the top of the instrument; for grand pianos, please measure from the front of the keys to the center of the back of the piano)
• A description of the issue(s) you are having with the instrument

For Piano Moves, we will need the following information for BOTH locations (where the piano is now, and where it is going to).  Please note, that we may need further information once we have spoken with you:

Total Number of Steps to the Entrance

• Total Number of Steps into the Home (please note any steep grades)
• Total Number of Steps to where the Piano Resides within the Home
• Total Number of Turns (around corners)
• Type of Flooring (carpeted, hardwood, etc.)
• Address where Piano Resides & Address where Piano is being Moved To
